The Crayon Shin-chan Action Department Store – Tokyo Station is located inside Tokyo Character Street, in the basement of Tokyo Station Ichibangai.
Tokyo Character Street is situated outside the ticket gates of Yaesu Underground Central Exit. If you’re arriving by Shinkansen or regular train lines, head toward the Yaesu side—not the Marunouchi side.

Merchandise at the Crayon Shin-chan Action Department Store – Tokyo Station
The Crayon Shin-chan Action Department Store – Tokyo Station is designed to resemble the “Action Department Store” frequently visited by the Nohara family in the series.
It’s the world’s first permanent official shop dedicated to Crayon Shin-chan. A great place to pick up last-minute souvenirs before boarding your Shinkansen or train from Tokyo Station.
At the storefront, you’ll find adorable statues of Shin-chan and Himawari welcoming visitors.
The shop offers a wide variety of Tokyo-exclusive items, including socks, tote bags, and towels. Shin-chan and Shiro wearing stationmaster-style hats are especially adorable!
There are also exclusive items available only at the Action Department Store, such as pouches, hoodies, a Shiro-themed room light, and an Action Mask alarm clock.
Plush toys are also available.
The shop also offers character-themed treats such as printed cookies, ningyo-yaki (doll-shaped cakes), daifuku (sweet rice cakes), and Chocobi. These snacks make great souvenirs to share with friends and coworkers.
Packing them in a themed tote bag adds an extra touch of fun!
The shop also offers a wide selection of apparel, including T-shirts, polo shirts, hats, socks, boxer briefs, and slip-on shoes.
Collectible items such as acrylic stands and figures are also available.
Some acrylic stands are exclusive to the Action Department Store.

I visited around 2 PM on a weekday, and it was completely uncrowded—likely because there were no families with children due to school hours.
